1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cortex ("the Bot"), accessing the website, or purchasing premium services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Usage Rights
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to use Cortex for your personal, non-commercial use on Discord servers you own or manage, subject to these Terms.
- You agree not to use the Bot for any illegal purposes.
- You agree not to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the Bot's infrastructure.
- We reserve the right to ban any user or server from using Cortex at our discretion.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Payments for "Cortex Plus" or other premium features are processed securely. All sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that there are no refunds for any reason, including partial terms or unused features. Use of premium features is subject to fair usage policies.
4. Liability
Cortex is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the bot, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or moderation actions taken by the bot.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
