1. Data Collection
When you use Cortex, we may collect and store the following information:
- User IDs and Guild (Server) IDs to associate configuration and data.
- Configuration settings (prefixes, enabled modules, stored roles/channels).
- Logs of moderation actions (bans, warns, kicks) as requested by server administrators.
- Economy data (credits, inventory items) if the economy module is used.
- Ticket transcripts and contents only if the ticket system is used and transcripts are generated.
2. Data Usage
The collected data is used solely to provide the functions requested by the user (e.g., displaying leaderboards, enforcing bans, serving music). We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service. If you remove Cortex from your server, some configuration data may be retained for a grace period to allow for restoration, after which it may be deleted.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or request its deletion (Right to be Forgotten). To exercise these rights, please join our Support Server and contact the developer team.
5. Cookies
This website uses cookies for authentication (OAuth2 with Discord) to keep you logged in to the dashboard. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
